PRODUCT 

Do note that we are not liable for any adverse side effects that might occur from consuming any of our products. Should you have any health concerns that you feel might cause any form of an effect when consuming our products and need clarification, we suggest you to visit the doctor to ascertain that you are fit to consume our products or feel free to consult us at 83998554 and we will help in any way we can.

MAILING ADDRESS

Kindly ensure correct & completed version of your address has been given. At times when there are a lot of mails, take note that we may not be able to check every individual parcels for the completeness of your address hence you are to be responsible for providing your own complete address. Therefore in the event of an incomplete address was given after shipping confirmation email was sent,  we will not be liable for any lost mails.

PAYMENT 

If you chose bank deposit, please make payment within 24 hours. No payment made will result in order being cancelled. Kindly make a new order if you wished to make a purchase after the cancellation.

After payment is made there is strictly no cancellations. Refunds will only be made purely due to out of stock.  
We are unable to edit or combine orders hence kindly confirmed your order

 

SHIPPING METHOD

    Mailing : Door delivery with tracking number 

    • This service is provided by Aramex. We are hiring Aramex shipping service  so that you could get your parcel safely. It is NOT AN EXPRESS DELIVERY, however our couriers will try to expedite the delivery of your parcels. Allow 2-5 days upon receiving email confirmation of your product shipment status.
    • The courier will normally send you a message two hours before heading to your house. If you have a special request or not at home after texting you, kindly do let them know where it can be safely placed (shoes rack or behind chair etc.)
